Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mullet cleaned and scaled
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger grated
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add mullet fillets to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish, simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
