Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Mullet cleaned and scaled
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add mullet fillets to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the fish, simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
