Main Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Mixed Mushrooms (shiitake, shimeji, enoki) sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions for garnish
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender.
4. Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
