Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shiitake Mushrooms sliced
  • 200 g Enoki Mushrooms trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shiitake and enoki mushrooms, and cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
