Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 200 g Enoki mushrooms trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the shiitake and enoki mushrooms, and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cooked mushrooms.
  5. 5. Toss in the green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chilled.
