  • 1 L Dashi stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 units Green onions chopped

  3. 3. Add the mushrooms, soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
