  • 500 g Japanese mustard greens washed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped mustard greens and cook until wilted.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
