Main Ingredients
- 500 g Japanese mustard greens washed and chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the chopped mustard greens and cook until wilted.
Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
