- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce

- 1 tablespoon Mustard preferably Japanese mustard
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mustard, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
Whisk until all ingredients are well combined and the dressing is smooth.
