Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Japanese mustard spinach (komatsuna)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the Japanese mustard spinach and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool the spinach under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
  5. Add the spinach to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
