A simple and delicious Japanese mustard spinach recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Japanese mustard spinach (komatsuna)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Add the Japanese mustard spinach and blanch for 1-2 minutes.
Drain and cool the spinach under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
Add the spinach to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
