Ingredients

  • 200 g Ramen noodles cooked
  • 2 slices Bread toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat sesame oil and add the cooked noodles. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha together and spread on one side of each bread slice.
  5. 5. Place the cooked noodles on one slice of bread, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and top with the other slice of bread.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
