  • 1 Cucumber sliced thinly
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 Green onion chopped

Instructions
