Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Pour the orange sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
