  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

  1. In a saucepan, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Add to the saucepan and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
