Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Milk
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs separated
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk and vinegar. Let it sit for a few minutes to sour.
  3. Add the vanilla extract, egg yolks, and vegetable oil to the soured milk. Mix well.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the batter.
  6. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan.
  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges are set, then flip and cook until golden brown.
