Japanese Perilla (Shiso) Recipe
A simple and fresh recipe using Japanese Perilla leaves, also known as Shiso.

Main Ingredients
- 20 leaves Shiso (Perilla) fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. Wash and pat dry the Shiso leaves.
2. Stack the leaves, roll them up, and slice thinly.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and minced garlic.
4. Add the sliced Shiso leaves to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
5. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
