  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Shred the cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Sprinkle salt over the cabbage and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the cabbage under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  5. 5. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage and mix well.
  6. 6. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
