  • 4 medium Carrots peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and julienne the carrots.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. 3. Add the julienned carrots to the bowl and mix well.
  4. 4. Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
