Ingredients

  • 1 large Daikon radish peeled and cut into sticks
  • ½ cup Rice vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut the daikon radish into sticks.
  2. 2. In a pot, combine rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil until sugar and salt dissolve. Let it cool.
  3. 3. Place the daikon sticks in a jar and pour the cooled vinegar mixture over them.
  4. 4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 48 hours before serving.
