Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Daikon radish, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Rice vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1. Slice the daikon radish thinly. 
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. 
- 3. Add the sliced radish to the bowl and mix well. 
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
