- 2 cups Daikon radish, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Rice vinegar
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Salt
1. Slice the daikon radish thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.
3. Add the sliced radish to the bowl and mix well.
4. Transfer the mixture to a jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
