Japanese Pine Mushroom (Matsutake) Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Matsutake mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the sliced Matsutake mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and the sauce has reduced.
Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
