Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and cooled
  • 1 lb Ahi Tuna diced
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Edamame shelled
  • 1 avocado Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey to make the dressing.
  3. 3. Add the diced ahi tuna to the dressing and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. In serving bowls, divide the cooled sushi rice.
  5. 5. Arrange the marinated tuna, cucumber, edamame, and avocado on top of the rice.
  6. 6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
