Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top of each filled jalapeño.
Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
