Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork (thinly sliced)
  • ½ head Cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 medium Onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced onion and shredded cabbage, and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and mirin, and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
