Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Filling

  • ½ lb Ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and yeast. Add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. 3. In another bowl, mix ground pork, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a disc.
  5. 5. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each disc. Pinch the edges to seal the bun.
  6. 6. Place buns in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
