  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, egg, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  5. 5. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
