  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
