  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the pork tenderloin in the baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Bake the pork tenderloin in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
