Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 pcs Onion finely chopped
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 pcs Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Sauté the onions and ground beef until cooked through. Add to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, then shape the mixture into patties.
  4. Coat each patty in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
