  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add potatoes and cook until they start to brown.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water. Stir well.
  5. 5. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
