  • 1 small Kabocha pumpkin peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cube the kabocha pumpkin.
  2. 2. Boil the pumpkin cubes in a saucepan until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain the pumpkin and let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Add the cooled pumpkin to the bowl and gently mix until well coated.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
