Ingredients

  • 2 liters Water
  • 500 grams Pork Bones
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 piece Onion halved
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Miso Paste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add water and pork bones to a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  2. 2. Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Simmer for 2 hours.
  3. 3. Strain the broth to remove solids.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste until dissolved.
