Broth Ingredients
- 2 liters Water
- 500 grams Pork Bones
- 1 piece Ginger sliced
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 piece Onion halved
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Miso Paste
1. Add water and pork bones to a large pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
2. Add ginger, garlic, and onion. Simmer for 2 hours.
3. Strain the broth to remove solids.
4. Stir in soy sauce and miso paste until dissolved.
