Instructions
1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer.
2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Divide cooked noodles into bowls. Pour hot broth over noodles.
4. Top with soft-boiled eggs, green onions, mushrooms, and nori strips.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
