Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Place the red snapper fillets in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle vegetable oil over the fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
