Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork Ribs
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • ¼ cup Sake
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Pour the marinade over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
  4. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to let the ribs caramelize.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
