Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice preferably short-grain
  • 200 grams Chicken Breast sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 Green Onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. 2. In a frying pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the cooked rice in bowls and top with the chicken mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions.
