  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 4 sheets Nori (Seaweed)
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Place a sheet of nori on top.
  2. 2. Spread about ½ cup of cooked rice in the center of the nori sheet.
  3. 3. Layer with cucumber, carrot, ham, and cheese.
  4. 4. Add another ½ cup of rice on top of the fillings.
  5. 5. Fold the nori sheet over the fillings, using the plastic wrap to help shape it into a square.
  6. 6. Let it sit for a few minutes to set, then unwrap and cut in half.
