Japanese Rice Sandwich (Onigirazu) Recipe
A simple and delicious Japanese rice sandwich, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 4 sheets Nori (Seaweed)
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Cheese
- 1. Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Place a sheet of nori on top. 
- 2. Spread about ½ cup of cooked rice in the center of the nori sheet. 
- 3. Layer with cucumber, carrot, ham, and cheese. 
- 4. Add another ½ cup of rice on top of the fillings. 
- 5. Fold the nori sheet over the fillings, using the plastic wrap to help shape it into a square. 
- 6. Let it sit for a few minutes to set, then unwrap and cut in half.
