Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked rice
  • 4 cups Dashi stock or chicken broth
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables carrots, mushrooms, spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Mirin
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the cooked rice and bring back to a boil.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, salt, and mirin. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
