  • 2 cups Japanese short-grain rice
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 sheet Nori seaweed cut into small strips
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Place the rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the rice and mix well.
  5. Fold in the nori seaweed strips and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Serve warm.
