  • 4 medium Potatoes washed and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds optional, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning once halfway through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
