Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 4 fillets Salmon

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
