Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and honey.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the marinade over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
