  • 1 cup Cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 sheets Nori (seaweed) cut into strips

Instructions

  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, flaked salmon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking. Take a handful of the rice mixture and shape it into a ball or triangle.
  4. 4. Wrap a strip of nori around each rice ball.
