Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey to make the dressing.
  5. 5. Toss the salad with the dressing.
  6. 6. Top the salad with grilled salmon and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
