Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce over the salmon and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
  5. 5. Serve the salmon with the sauce drizzled over the top.
