Main Ingredients
- 200 g Sashimi-grade tuna thinly sliced
- 200 g Sashimi-grade salmon thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber julienned
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 Avocado sliced
- 100 g Mixed greens
Dressing
- 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger to make the dressing.
2. Arrange the mixed greens on a serving plate.
3. Top with julienned cucumber, carrot, and sliced avocado.
4. Add the thinly sliced sashimi-grade tuna and salmon on top of the vegetables.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
