Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Sashimi-grade tuna thinly sliced
  • 200 g Sashimi-grade salmon thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber julienned
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 100 g Mixed greens

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and grated ginger to make the dressing.
  2. 2. Arrange the mixed greens on a serving plate.
  3. 3. Top with julienned cucumber, carrot, and sliced avocado.
  4. 4. Add the thinly sliced sashimi-grade tuna and salmon on top of the vegetables.
  5. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
