Ingredients 

Soy Sauce

  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar.
  2. Whisk until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Add sesame oil and grated ginger. Mix well.
  4. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
