  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sausages and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  3. 3. Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Stir to coat the sausages evenly.
  4. 4. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
