  • 200 g Spinach washed and drained
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and cook for another minute.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
