Japanese Savory Pancake (Okonomiyaki) Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Eggs
- 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 cup Bacon, chopped
- to taste Okonomiyaki sauce
- to taste Mayonnaise
- to taste Bonito flakes
- to taste Aonori (seaweed flakes)
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water until smooth.
Add eggs and mix well.
Fold in cabbage, green onions, and bacon.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
Pour batter into the pan and shape into a round pancake.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve hot with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori.
