Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup Bacon, chopped
  • to taste Okonomiyaki sauce
  • to taste Mayonnaise
  • to taste Bonito flakes
  • to taste Aonori (seaweed flakes)

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and water until smooth.
  2. Add eggs and mix well.
  3. Fold in cabbage, green onions, and bacon.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  5. Pour batter into the pan and shape into a round pancake.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori.
