Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Scallops large
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the scallops to the pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce mixture over the scallops and cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve immediately.
