  • 200 g Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 200 g Scallops cleaned
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp and scallops. Cook until they turn opaque.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce and mirin. Stir well.
  5. 5. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
